General Return Guideline

We want you to love the products that you buy from us. If you have any concerns related to your purchase, please mail us within 5 days of delivery at hello@wellnycare.com.

Wrong Item or Missing Product

If a wrong product has been delivered or an item is missing, email us within 5 days with the following details:

  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your complaint
  • Clear images of the product received & packaging label for verification

Once received, our customer delight team will respond within 24 hours.

Damaged or Leaked Product

If the product was damaged or leaked during delivery, email us within 5 days with:

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your complaint
  • Images or videos showing the damage along with visible batch number (near MRP/crimp)

Product Quality Concerns

For any concerns related to product quality, email us within 5 days:

  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your complaint
  • Images with batch number near the MRP/crimp

We will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, email us at hello@wellnycare.com within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • If the parcel arrives and you no longer want it, simply refuse delivery.

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

Email us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date at hello@wellnycare.com. Our customer support team will resolve it at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

The shipping fees shown during checkout are final and applicable to your order.
