3. How should I use an effervescent tablet—and how many times a day?
+Drop 1 tablet in 150–200 ml of water, let it dissolve completely, then drink. Most products can be consumed once daily, but usage varies by formulation. Always refer to the label for recommended daily intake.
4. Do you use any artificial colours, preservatives or harmful chemicals?
+No. Our formulations are created with clean, safe ingredients and do not contain harmful chemicals. We aim for natural flavours and premium-quality extracts wherever possible.
5. What is the shelf life of your products?
+Wellny Care effervescent tablets typically have a shelf life of 18–24 months from the date of manufacturing. You can find the exact expiry date printed on every pack.
6. Are Wellny Care products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

10. Do you offer product samples or smaller trial packs?
+At the moment we do not offer sample packs, but we are working on trial-sized variants soon.
11. How can I track my order?
+Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link. You can follow delivery updates in real time. Also, you can track your order on our website.
12. What payment options do you accept?
+We accept: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, Cash on Delivery (COD) in most locations.
13. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
+Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of order placed. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. For cancellations, please contact customer support immediately.
14. What is your return, exchange or refund process?
+You can request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery if: The product is damaged, you received the wrong item, packaging is tampered, or the product is expired. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after quality inspection of the returned product.
15. Do you deliver outside India?
+Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping will be added soon.
